House up for rent

Well, it's officially up for rent.  I've had 8 people contact me about the house.  One is coming down this Monday to look at it.  I'm nervous/excited.  I really hope this job in Virginia works out.

We are so close to being six months out where shit hits the fan.  The tensions are high, hubby and I even went to marriage counseling to help us not tear each other apart during this trying time.
